(1) Color

Because the color of the adherend is different, there should be a difference in the color tone of the hot melt adhesive. If the adherend itself does not require color, it is strongly recommended to use yellow hot melt adhesive. Normally, yellow hot melt adhesive is more viscous than milky white.

(2) Metal surface treatment of adherend

Hot-melt adhesives are not as harsh on the metal surface treatment of the adherends as other adhesives, but the dust and oil stains on the surface of the adherends should also be properly resolved, so that the hot-melt adhesives can fully exert the bonding effect.
